In spring, our beekeepers introduced the colony; throughout the summer, they nurtured and observed its growth \u2013 and watched as nectar slowly transformed into golden honey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our First Harvest \u2013 Truly a Product of the Site<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This autumn marked a milestone: for the first time in our company\u2019s history, we harvested our own honey.<br>Carefully extracted, filtered, and filled into jars \u2013 naturally raw, pure, and untreated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result is a fragrant, light-golden blossom honey with a fine sweetness and a subtle hint of linden bloom \u2013 as distinctive as our location itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because our harvest is limited, this year\u2019s motto is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cFirst come, first served.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A small selection of jars will be available exclusively at our trade show booth \u2013 a sweet symbol of our ongoing commitment to sustainability.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sustainability begins where responsibility becomes tangible \u2013 and sometimes, it even buzzes.
